Not sure about the dramatics of the characters.....
But heart attacks are PAINFUL too!
Not always. There are also "silent heart attacks"; so called because the person experiencing the heart attack does not have the classical symptoms, inlcuding pain.

Doesn't hurt to educate more people about heart attacks.I was speaking from experience.....
Because my heart attack was....PAINFUL! It felt like someone was squeezing your left arm and twisting it!!!
Also that is why I asked if other people experience a nuclear stress test as that is common test for the heart.

Silent Heart Attack

My grandfather died of a heart attack in front of me and my cousins when we were so young. He was only 56 when he had heart attacks. Heart attacks is no joking matter. Having a heart attack can happen at any age, also heart attacks can lead to many different way such as stress, over weight, smoking, and many more reasons how heart attacks happens.
It's important to take care of yourself..
Daily- exercise, eat healthy.. have your cholesterol and High blood pressure check ups.. and ask Dr to have some blood tests to make sure you are well being.. If you have mediences for Bp & Cholesterol.. or for heart.. please keep taking them till dr decides stop or continue..
Its my 2nd heart attack that I had first week of this month.. because I stopped taking meds for almost couple years.. as I thought I will be fine.. the first time I had .. was 5 years ago.. it was pre-heart attack.. I took care of it immediately but last month, I was so stressed out and was sick with flu/colds and family.. I started feel bloating and pressure on left and arm .. my vertigo was better that I took sudcafed pe once a day as Dr says ok.. but didnt realized that it not good for my heart.. i spend overnight hospital for observation and put me back on meds.. I learned that I should continue with meds till Dr decides.. It was'nt easy.. have to elimated alot of foods like salt/caffinee/fries and excerise (10-30 min -2 times per day).. also Its been almost 1 year (March 7) that I havent smoke.. thats one other thing i am grateful that i lived little longer.. If i still smoking, i might not be here with the heart attack recent.. so please take care of yourself !![]()

No it doesn't. My uncle died from a heart attack thinking he was having a bout of indigestion. Women, especially, are vunerable to silent heart attacks. Thanks for the link!
Your welcome!Your welcome!
This is a first time that I've even heard of silent heart attacks until you mentioned it. That is why I applied the link.
Incidentally along those lines about women are being vulnerable to heart attacks, this is the month of awareness for women and heart attacks.
