Before you read the comic, I have to explain it clearly so you will understand better.
"Not Person's Name" means it's not his or her sweetheart.
Example => Not Mann_K05!
Each image in the comic explains that character never do a such thing because many readers or fans are misunderstanding easily. Normally, in the FanFiction.Net - Unleash Your Imagination page, there are a lot of bad fanfic writers because many writers did not make any character to fit in the right personality and a real charater. Like it's out of character, y'know?
