When all you want is answers the world leaves you with more questions!
My family had a Seal Point Siamese kitty named Pearl she was 13 years old but acted like she was 6 months. We would have never expected when we took her to the vet because of some abnormal heavy breathing that we would only bring her collar home. Today at about 2:45 pm My mom rushed to the vet to see my little girl on a table and the vet frantically trying to keep her alive with CPR but she was gone. They said she had a severe asthma attack and when they got it under control they tried to take an x-ray she had another one and they think she just gave up but they really don't know. We are having her cremated and than her ashes will be scattered with our dog who passed away some time ago they were the best of friends and she only trusted him and played with him. She use to stick her head into his mouth and they would sit like that for hours on end.
Below are some pictures of her.
