Congrats, DeafMommy. I kind of knew it was going to be a boy. :)

Don't worry, you can always have more children. Your unborn son will be the big brother - protecting his little sister/siblings. :)

I never wanted it to be a surprise, my boyfriend did want it to be a surprise. So I told him no I am not going to wait til birth. I hate surprises so I am going to find out right away and it makes it very easier to find colors to paint the baby's room and all that. :)

Yes I understood. :)

I would like to share my story bit with you all about my country.

We (Europeans) don't beleive to decorate baby's room before the arrival of our unborn baby. It's bad luck. We don't even buy pram before our baby arrive. We bought the pram and leave it in the shop until after the birth of our son...

Few Europeans like to know the sex of their unborn babies then paint neutral color for their unborn baby (not blue or pink).

We don't want to know the sex of our babies until birth... We never thought about the sex of our baby few minutes after birth because we are too exciting to have our healthy baby to forget which sex our baby have.

We have our baby sleep on the basket in our bedroom for 3 months then we started to decorate our baby's room then....

Wow, that's interesting! :)
