ONION AND CUCUMBER SALAD

1 med. onion
2 cucumbers
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Slice onion and cucumbers into thin slivers. Mix other ingredients and pour over slices. Chill and marinate at least 1 hour before serving.


sometimes i use to eat those while summer time!
 
Just onions and cucumbers? Hummm not bad idea. :thumb:


I have tried the one with tomatoes, cucumbers and cut up cheese with ranch dressing... Now after thinking about it, I want to have a bowl of it now. :laugh2:
 
prefer with red onion but lots of cucumbers.. best during summer! :)

by the way that food sound good will try that next year in summer :)
 
Oh I notice there aviator about her.. So Sorry about that some all of you Ader misses her! When she was peace and do mind my asking what happen to her?
