Ban liquids at a HIGH SCHOOL Football game?

It doesn't bother me at all.. I only go to homecoming game. If I want a drink, I would buy from concession to support my alumni matar. I do agree with others, and that it is silly reason to sue school district over a big gulp....

Just drop lawsuit, and you can go buy big gulp after the game is over.... .

yeah buckdodgers doesnt even go to high school anymore...he's like, a 40 year old virgin!

right, buck?

Well, some ushers have rights to escort some fans for too much profanity or throw eject or no respect... I did work as usher sometimes and I did sometime escort them out of MSSD Gym during their events... Now abt food and drinks, depend on school's decide if they ban bring any drink or food from outside cuz they need some fund $$$ for their order stuff... Think abt it... Not only HS sports, look at professional sports or WWE or concerts or other events hosted any stadiums and their drink are cost FUCKING 5 dollars, hot dog cost 7 dollars with their lousy water boiler...

Thats why im Gonna Bring a Video Camera to tape a Security man telling me i cant bring my Big Gulp in so i can show it to my lawyer and Let the Judge see it too.

Well..Im Making case on this cause my lewyer tells me High Schools are not protected by free speech cause its ran by the state not by a company. There where Companies have the right to tell you no food or drink allowed not State ran schools.Cause if thats the case why cant they ban kids from bringing a bag lunch inside and make them pay for lunch at the cafeteria?

If you are in my school and you are just pay lunches at LA cafe, that where alot of selection and there's Coke and Pepsi too. I only paid lunch with Pepsi for $3 but food isn't good as at McDonald's.

For football game, of course about drinks and snacks are expensive but $3 for 20 oz. of Coke or Pepsi and candies like M&M is cost around $1.50 but... it's king size. We aren't allow to drink any liquid in classes and school hall except for lunch and nutrient time. If you bring any liquid to class then they will send you to office and assign for detention hall, also call your parent but if refuse then school suspension and call parent for meeting with teachers and dean.

It happened to me about tardies but tardy policy at my school is extremely redicious. If you get one tardy then teacher will send you to office and call parent. When you get 6 tardies then you are expelled for good but get note for send to contulation high school for 90 days or so. I had been suspended for one week after 3 tardies and call my parent for meeting with teachers and dean. I hate LA school, that stupid policy and dean is so jerk at students. 80% of suspension are occured from tardies.

Why would you want to repeat your senior year if you already graduated? Why don't you think about going on to college?

Then technically you did not graduate...can't you retake the exam or take a GED class?

If we don't pass state exam then we will receive certificate instead of HS diploma at graduation but if want retake state exam then go back to high school and take senior again until 21 years old then if not and get GED.

I'd think it'd be easier just to get a GED in this case...

No it isnt.GED is much harder then getting a HS diploma. You realize you can get ALL Ds and still get an HS diploma? If you take a GED You must have a B+ Average in order to graduate.

Well they have programs for kids .. free meal program for kids who parents cant afford so they can get free meals at school.. and other one is reduced prices for parents who can afford some. so in reduced prices some parents doesnt want to pay for foods.. so they make the lunch for the kids to bring to school to eat there..

The free meal for kids are paid via taxes but not for our state except for deaf school.
