What did you learn today? Part II

Ive learned today, that some of these weren't learned today. I also learned not to put too much salt in the salsa when I make it...........
 
Yeah I learned about my dad yesterday but I had company yesterday for my 70 birthday which is in 3 days . People aren't always able to get online as soon they learned something .

My dad was born around 1892 so my math is right ! :nana: He was in WW 1 ! He was around 50 yo when he got married mom was 25 yo . Dad would tell people mom was his daughter and us kids were his grandkids and mom tried her best not to LOL!
 
I have learned that the New Zealand Prime Minister has resigned today.

well...I learned that my 2nd great-grandchild, which is due Christmas Day is a girl...I'm so super excited...and so thankful and blessed that I'm around to see and hold my great-grandchildren...Hurry up, Santa!...and don't be late (as the Chipmunks used to sing)...her name will be Lilliana Elizabeth (Lilly for short).
 
I've learned my old friend and former classmate became an candidate to become a US-Mexico Ambassador. I personally already wished him good luck. Will be surprised if he's won it.
 
Learned that my daughter has pneumonia. She's been sick for a few weeks but got it confirmed today. :(
