He has jumped at age 75, 80, 85 and now 90.

I'm impressed with Bush Sr. My dad is two years younger than him. I'm 36. *giggles*

Heard Putin sent him a gift. I may not agree with his policies, but I believe it was a mutual respect. They're both old school spies. They understand each other.

You are blessed to still have your Dad. :)

My Dad died when I was 35, and Hubby's Dad died when TCS was 33 years old.
 
Thanks. Sorry about your dad, and your father in law. Dad still calls me his girl, probably because I'm the youngest. :) Already sent him my father's day card by mail yesterday. My older brother is visiting him from out of state to help him putting a new tile floor in the bathroom this weekend.

My dad dies when I was 21 and my younger sister was 15 but dad was 75 when he dies give or take a few years . He was old enough to be my granddad.

I agree. I lost mine when I was 21 but my family had kinda skipped a generation in there as Dad was 40 when I was born. Now at 71 it is not unusual for my age group to have lost their fathers.
 
I was 33 when my father was killed in a car accident, and his funeral occurred on my birthday.

So that is quite a memorable date each year.

:hug: I am so sorry to hear that. The last time I saw my dad I was coming home late and my mother and ex brother where taking dad to the ER . He dies of a heart attack the next day. Mom called her son instead of the cops for help. :roll:

I know what you mean about the date. My dad died the day after my birthday, and TCS's dad died the day after his birthday. It's hard to forget those kind of things.

My dad passed 7 years ago. We all miss him so very much. Fathers Day is always kind of sad around here. My father-in-law is 92. He has advanced Alzheimer's so he does not remember who any of us are.

Dad did not know when he was born so we never knew his real DOB.



That had to been very hard for both of you.

That's pretty amazing...and to think last Friday the 13th I was freaking out over having to fly and getting caught in a bit of turbulence.....jumping out of a plane wouldn't be how I'd like to celebrate anything.....

A b/f of mine wanted me to jump out of an airplane with him and told himNO Way! He said it was is only one big jump, yeah right .
