I think it is fake. 99% of cellphone thief would run away as they don't want to confront femme fatale.

Yeah guys, I've done that once before, he even pressed assault and battery charges and I counter sued for attempted rape. He never showed up to the hearing and ended up with a warrant issued for his arrest, case was moot after his period to settle expired. It's messy, but if I'm pressed I'd do it again. :D
