Do you even realize how big a state is, how many cities/counties/jurisdictions there are throughout...

I am wondering if my family made it through the storm yesterday.

Update: they are safe. I'm relieved. This nasty weather isn't for my former hometown.

Phone call, internet, walk over if you can without getting blown over....Why just wonder? Why not? Why why why?????
I wonder if another dog pooped in my yard, I really need a fence soon.

Mark.....Seriously you need to take a break from watching the weather. It's good to be cautious, but sitting at the computer all day is not healthy.

Yeah-- one problem with that-- I haven't used a laptop in nearly 5 weeks. I get the info from my cell phone, which I must have with me at all times for emergency purposes.

Really? Most of the population use their phones for emergency purposes. Almost everyone I know including me keep my phone with me ALL the time.....yes it is fully charged too.
