Have anyone take NyQuil for colds or flu?

I took it last night for first time in 8 years (last time was 2006), but they gave me bad side effects - severe nauseous, dizzy, tummy pain, mild constipation and feel VERY BAD!!!

I really HATE NyQuil. :mad:

I can't understand that rappers love to take OTC cough syrup and getting really HIGH!!!
 
I take it when I have colds or coughs. No effect for me but makes me drowsy which I take it before bedtime.

Everyone is different on what they can take or can not take.
 
love it, works when I am sick and can't sleep. It will knock me out. Learn lesson never again double dosage. LOL
 
Had a friend that just loved NyQuil.....ewwww....can't stand the taste of it myself. But it does help you sleep.
 
works the best for me when I have a nasty cold

Seriously I don't bother with OTC meds. Just plenty of water, soups, gatorade (for electrolyte replenishment) and let my immune system take care of itself.
 
Both yes but more than that. NY and NC is completely different. I may have too much NYS accent that NC people couldn't handle :dunno: I was close to beat up by 4 or 5 black people for no reason! That part really terrified me and makes me not feel like at home down there.

I the same but not because I was beaten up, just bad sinus and unable to sleep...zolpedin clobazam I must go around in a comma but cos in one I don't notice :(

Weird.

TCS (from MI) and I (from CT) have lived in SC since 1979, and have experienced nothing like that. Of course, NC and SC are different states but we've also traveled in NC and had no bad experiences.

Maybe it was just a bad neighborhood.

Maybe it was too much NyQuil.
 
I havent take it in so long. At this time my kids were small and i wouldnt take it. It did help me to sleep through the night but the next morning, you would feel tired like its the leftover tired.

My kids are almost teen. I still havent thought about buying it. :dunno2:
 
Yeah, I wasn't sure whether it is bad neighbor or not. Very deep black neighbor and I was with white guy in van. This was a turn off for me, I don't see reason why they turn on the flame at us. Best leave than to start problem. Im glad Im out of there, it was in 1995.

I still have relatives living there, and going OBX (Home of Cape Hatteras light house) where I never had issue with them. Those locals kinda don't like us cause we do go off road on beach. They don't know that I take great care of it and care about turtle nests, just that some bad apples makes the rest look bad.

Yeah, we are going to OBX this summer

So, what were you two white guys in a van doing in a "deep" black neighborhood?
