free funding of scholarships for Gally...possible ?

I have just one question : I don't know if there can be comment...how to obtain the free funding of scholarships for Gally ? (I am living in west Africa)
 
You can apply for Gallaudet for college yourself. When you graduate from Gallaudet, you will repay the college loan once you get a job elsewhere later on.

or

You can find a sugar mama to support you.

Thank you Oddball for your answer but I'm not graduate from Gally.
However, as Mewtilation said, find a sugar mama to support me is appropriate.
But how to do ? ya know, in January 2012 I have post a topic but it led to some criticism
