Massive Wisconsin pileup caught on camera

it all began with one speedy driver... *smh*

Should those people who ran into the street to help those in the car have stayed put? Seems that some of them got hit by the flying cars. The Walmart driver was smart to stop at a good distance from the pileup.

If heavy fog is appearing, pile up accident is worse than snow roads.

Too many speeding drivers. I was holding my breath watching all those people walking around!

:Ohno::Ohno::jaw:

After the first minute I figured it was all gonna clear up no problem right? But dayum the hits just keep coming. The fact the roads are slippery made this even worse, some drivers did see the accident but they couldn't stop in time.

:shock: If people would just take two seconds to think and slow down... Jeeze... Actually, speeding typically doesn't really help you THAT much in most cases. Can't tell you how many times I have someone fly around me zipping in and out of traffic to end up just ahead of me at the same stop light... *smh*

That camera must be up on the worlds tallest light pole or something.
While the speeding driver caused the whole mess it is the disabled vehicle sitting in the road that caused the actual pileup. I wonder what happened with that car? Did the side airbags and all of that go off immobilizing the driver in there? It did not look like a hit that would stop the engine or actually disable the vehicle from driving off to the shoulder.

Same here. I see that happen a lot. I eventually catch up with them.

During one rainy day, a guy was speeding down the highway at probably 85 mph and then he would not brake until he was about less than a car's length away from a vehicle. It was frightening to watch him do that again and again on the highway so I slowed down so he can get further away from me. I was worried that I would end up in a pileup since there were several 18 wheelers around us. Dumb ass driver!

Some people drive like idiots and they are usually the ones with no insurance.

Really crazy!...Looked like they were playing "Bumper Cars"....or "Demolition Derby".....No way would I be able or even would drive in weather like that...

We do have a lot of rain in NEFlorida...and a lot of flooding...I've been caught in a flooded street and had to wade out of my car and call the Wrecker to come get it....Repairs were expensive....After that episode...I always just pull over and wait...Plus just sit and watch "the movie" of people thinking they can get thru that flood of water....:giggle:...(water flying everywhere!)...

No, the opposite is true. If one don't have insurance, they are likely to be much more careful than those with insurance. They don't want to get caught without insurance and get screwed by the state. The only time it may be true is when they are trying to run away from accident.

Not the world's tallest but yes on these very tall light pole that you usually see at the interstate with other interstate or exit/entry points. I have seen them, and pretty much they are everywhere. Many of them are available for public viewing.

I was on a drawn bridge and the traffic was stopped , I happen to look in my rear view mirror and saw a truck in my land barrel assing and the guy was not slowing down . Just as I moved into the next lane the truck crashed right into the car I was behind! I am not sure if that car hit the car in front but it got pushed forward from the impact of the truck slamming into it. I felt bad for the person that did hit. I am glad I was hit ,Finlay was in the back seat.

Tell me about it, here in Florida they're terrible. I've had this happen more times than I can count. What really toasts my buns is when I slow down so they can GO AROUND ME but NoOoOooOOOoOoooo they just get even closer to me so I can't even see their headlights! Idiots! It's even worse and more scary when I'm riding my motorcycle... :shock:
