Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements. The choreography incorporates Latin rhythms of cumbia, merengue, salsa, and reggaeton. It may also add belly dance, mambo, samba and other Latin dances. The creator Beto Perez is from Colombia and has taken Zumba around the world!

I love doing Zumba! It's so addictive other than doing walking/running.

Caz - It may seem hard at first but when you get the hang of it, you will start to like it. It is like you're really dancing and before you know it, you're actually sweating it off.

Oh my!...the legs & calves....I wouldn't last 5 minutes with this...Always seemed to me that Aerobics was a lot harder for me to do than free weights...think I'll stick to the water aerobics....:giggle:

But it looks like so much fun!...Good workout...
