GZ said he reach for his cell phone when he was in front of TM and TM socked GZ in the nose to defense himself . TM was standing his ground !
 
You can't punch someone for reaching for their cell phone. Sorry.
 
Socking Z because he was reaching for his cell phone?....:roll:.get real!...NO matter what TM "thought"....he thought wrong...and it cost him his life....if I was reaching for my cell phone and you socked me in the nose, knocked me onto the cement and were bashing my head in...you damn right, if I had a gun, I'd use it to protect myself.....He told TM to "get off"...

The verdict is 'NOT GUILTY"...it will remain so, whether you like it or not.

TM had NO IDEA what GZ was reaching for! You're really that slow? . So you think TM should had waited to see what GZ was getting out of his coat pocket?? BUllSHIT! Yes you can , TM felt threaten and was standing his ground. That is how the law work .

If he had no idea what he was reaching for then he had no right to hit him. You can't attck people because they are reaching for something unless you know it's a weapon.

That is not how the law works. In fact, by law Trayvon committed a crime by throwing a punch.
 
I was so hoping whatdidyousay was right. I was thinking the law would be on my side if I saw some random lady reach in her purse for something, I could run up and punch her in the nose. If I saw someone reach in their pocket for their keys, I could claim self defense when I punched them in the nose and say "I thought they were reaching for a gun". If some person whom I thought was a creepy ass cracker reached in their jacket for a copy of a lease agreement to re-check the fine print, I could run up and punch them in the nose, start smashing their head in the concrete and claim self defense as I "thought" the person was reaching for a hidden EBR AR-15 with hi-capacity ammo "bananer clips/magazines/shoulder thing that goes up and it had highly illegal explosive tipped SLAP rounds that would blow up an elementary school.

There is ONE MAJOR PROBLEM is the prosecutor who overcharged Zimmerman, that lead to NOT GUILTY.

The jury verdict is not emotional - that's seriously real based on evidence.
