Either way, if we can't find a way to account for firearms, there's an increasing trend of heavier weapons like guided missiles (busted from maritime drug traffickers) to deal with. Almost like bringing the war home.
 

Former range instructor Buddy Visser was sent to federal prison for stealing the weapons and selling them online during an 11-month period.

Visser, a 17-year department veteran, sold the stolen guns and ammunition on his Web site, authorities said.

None of the buyers knew the weapons were stolen, police said.

Visser resigned from the force before pleading guilty to the allegations in March 2008. He is being held at a low-security prison in Texas, records indicate.
Thank you for proving me right. It had nothing to do with mismanagement. That's what I said in the first place - dirty cops = dirty money. Is that common? Yeah, I think so. I thank movies for education.
