Well, went out to eat tonight. Went to Badanas BBQ.
Didnt really care much for the bbq sauces so I asked what it was made with, I was told all the basic ingredients from water to vinegar then they said it also had Mole Asses in it.... I about threw up, spitting out the food ( which didnt taste good anyways and no wonder with Mole Asses in it ) so why would they put mole asses in the bbq sauces anyways? That is just straight up disgusting ! Ill never eat there again,.:barf:

I'm glad your reaction to the thought of eating mole asses was negative. We need to bring moles back from the brink of extinction. :giggle:

I mean, what do they do with the rest of the moles as I never hear anything about moles other than them ruining yards as we have it bad here... Never hear of people eating them, what do they do, just stick em in a blender and when they go to get out hit the button and cut their asses off and puree them? Uhg, just the thought of that being in the food....Mole asses

Your either intending this as a joke or misunderstanding molasses which my old version of Webster's dictionary as the thick, brown or dark-colored, viscid syrup which drains from sugar in the process of manufacture.

Yep...guessing he probaby thought we didn't/wouldn't understand or comprehend, huh?.....Or maybe it's the way they "speak" it in Missouri?....

My understanding if speaking the word would be (not as it's spelled)..."malasses"...anyhow, I've never used it in my own BBQ sauce.

He is trying to be the newest comic in AD. His humor is unique; however, the laughs are few. :sadwave:

Phonetic jokes in a deaf forum? O-Tay!

In the Lowcountry, we use a mustard and vinegar base sauce for pulled pork BBQ.

Maybe it would help if it were posted under the jokes section. :giggle:

Maybe being from Southern Illinois (next door to Missouri) helped me think of it.

Yummy..Don't believe I've tried any BBQ in SC...did in NC and didn't like it very much...I make my own, unless going out for BBQ, and it's mainly at Sonny's.

It's not that different, BBQ in the south isn't very BBQy lol, it's okay, but I'm not a huge fan of vinegar. I make my own pulled pork occasionally, soak a shoulder roast in root beer over night, put it in the crockpot with some root beer, let that cook all day, then towards the end pull it apart and mix some sweet and spicey BBQ sauce in. That is def not Southern BBQ, but I find it a heck of a lot tastier!!
