why would you be answering it after he already answered the question? and your answer is not even close to his answer.
pretty dang silly...
You asked me a question, I answered it.

Clearly.... it's a case of racial profiling based on stereotype and skin color such as "if you see a group of Mexican guys waiting at a certain corner, they must be illegal immigrants."
Depends, he said he lived among them. Perhaps he has spoken with them. You are making a pretty big assumption there. After all, he did say "to Knowthem and to recognize them".
You asked me a question, I answered it.
this is related to this thread.... how?
and you are making a big assumption.
bottom line - we cannot assume nor presume to assume. that's why Supreme Court struck it down and stated that cop can ask for paper AFTER arrest.
that didn't really answer my question.
You ask a question not related to this thread and I answered it.
Quit being a bully.
I am not making any assumption.
Certainly I did. You asked how rolling would know. Since rolling was giving a vague scenario rather than discussing an actual occurrence I named some ways that a person might know.
yes you are. you are assuming that maybe somebody confided in him. maybe he knew them long enough to know they're illegals. maybe this. maybe that.
that's a lot of maybes... hence you are making assumptions.
If I report a family of illegals sending their kid to public school, the cops can't ask for papers/ID, not can the school....by order of the COURT.
Maybe (since this is a hypothetical) the HOA did a background check and Rolling was on the board. Maybe he applied to work for rolling....
yaka yaka yaka
I think it's probably best if rolling answers it for himself.... You've made quite a bit of mess in here that I'm beginning to think you're related to Todd Akin or something![]()
I am not answering for rolling. You asked me a question.
ah... this incessant Akin-like quibbling....
and he already answered it before you quibble on which you should have just let it ended right there.
I call it clarification. I am merely answering your questions and defending against your accusations. If you see this as quibbling perhaps you should stop making accusations against members.
You asked ME a question based on my post. Surely I am entitled to answer for myself.
clarification? more like obfuscation and disambiguation.
