Yeah and I'm even more curious to know what did she say on the video?
Earlier this evening, I was in Lexington at the mall for the silent dinner social and I saw several employees from CFA were really accommodating and they were gracing customers (even if it wasn't CFA customers) with anything they could do. I thought to myself, Wow that hasn't happened before. It was clear that they wanted to keep doing whatever they can do to be on the society's "good side" which is something that I thought was pretty impressive.
Does any one of you know what Smith exactly said to Rachel? I am Deaf. So I can decide for myself if he was bullying or not. Also please answer Jolie's question about Rachel's response to him.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. OK, I read it and it doesn't sound bullying to me at all. All he did was expressing his opinion about the company. That is not a crime. Obviously, he got fired for no reason. I think there will be many lawyers who want to help him sue his former employer. There is transcript in link.

It was not that long. It took less than 1 1/2 minutes.I don't think it was necessary to hog the line with a "friendly" conversation like that. I'm sure other people were waiting.
Gay people are rarely violent. And I am sure that those people know that it's not right to confront CFA employees who earn a living to support a family or pay for a tutition. They also know that it's not necessary to attack the employees who remain neutral in order to keep their jobs which are to serve the customers. Alot of gay people know that. They have a good judgement, I believe.I worry for those who are working at CFA. They would be hurt one day by gay customers that comes in.

From what I understand Smith may had violated the worker rights by not asking her permission to film her. I thought you had to asked a person if they minded being recording in a phone call , so I would think this worked same as in a video . I think the woman should see if her rights been violated and Smith better find this out too before to try to file a lawsuit, the woman could file a counter lawsuit.
It happens to see customers bullying at employees all time and I had been bullied by old man at Walmart because I can't use oral language so had to get him to write on cupboard but he refused, he went in back room unauthorized to looking for manager and demand to fire me because I can't speak English orally. I was like what is wrong with him and I can write English but can't speak orally. The old man had been pressured on my manager and he won't shut up so manager asked him to leave store or call police, he left store and made huge complaint to home office.
I was so depressed because of bullying after manager told me about conversation between her and old man. It was worst day that I had.![]()
One comment from one of those links said that Dan Cathy donates money to anti-gay groups and one of them supports KILLING gays in Uganda. If that's true, oh boy, he's in big trouble.
I am a little confused. I thought that he spoke for himself, not for the company. Is he the owner or President of the company? That is not true and is a bunch of made up gossip to berate a good man and his company! I challenge anyone to prove otherwise!

At first, I was ok with Dan Cathy's view, but if it's true that he is donating to anti-gay groups, then.........
I'm heterosexual and would never encourage anyone to donate to anti-gay groups. That is basically putting down gays or trying to put gays out of commission. Hurtful to be donating to that cause.

Chick-Fil-A's corporate "charity" arm WinShape has donated millions of dollars to groups like Family Research Council. FRC doesn't just oppose marriage equality, they really do HATE gays. Its president Tony Perkins has said of LGBT people:
And in 2010 Tony Perkins' Family Research Council claimed in federal forms they had spent $25,000 to lobby Congress on "CIVH.Res.1064 Ugandan Resolution Pro-homosexual promotion." This proposed Congressional resolution condemned the Ugandan government's legislative efforts to make "homosexuality" an offense punishable by death.“They are intolerant. They are hateful. They are vile. They are spiteful...pawns of the enemy.”
How can anyone oppose condemning that? But Family Research Council apparently did.
And Family Research Council gets money from Chick-Fil-A. Joe Jervis was the first to break this story, more details can be found here.
I too think it is slander.

then you'll need to prove it.
