She probably did with US income tax on SS and pension.

Also, she is American voter too and she could still vote for US president when she lives oversea.

Yes, I was born and raised in USA. Yes, I had worked for over more than 10 years.

The reason why I went up to Canada is because I have ancestors that lived in Quebec and Ontario. My grandfather was born in North Bay and my mother was born in Windsor in Ontario. And I went up to Manitoulin Island where my mother had visited and told me how beautiful the island was. So I had to see it for myself and it is a beautiful island. I thought I could only stay for a while before returning back to USA but I met my future husband and he wanted me to stay. So I stayed and now he had passed away.

I have not make my decision to come home to USA yet. I have to sort out the belongings of my husband's things first before having a yard sale. Then I will be looking up for my son and his family who live in USA. I don't know how long will I remain in Canada before returning back here in USA. I still have respect for USA, but not the way you bash and discriminate the President constantly when he is the President of the United States.

You don't deserve to be a member of AD if you don't show any respect people of diversity that you are all not familiar with. That is a very shameful and disrespectful that I don't want to be a member with you. But I will choose to put any comment for the d/Deaf and Deaf Culture of my experience of struggling trying to live in the hearing world.

So please show respect no matter what the articles said in the newspaper or online. The media is only make money on false things about President Obama. The media don't care about any one famous or not. Remember the stars from Hollywood has a hard time dealing with reporters who don't want to tell the truth at all. The reporters just want to tarnish or destroy their reputations. That is what make the stars got mad at them. It is the media who done this. It had been like that for many, many years, even in the old wild west when they printed the story about "famous" heroes which they were not true. They were all a make up stories. Geeze.

P.S. The media did the same with us, Native Americans, making the public believe we were savages and only want wars. Not true. We went to wars to defend ourselves and to protect our people and our lands. The government and the military were not kind to us at all. They want to destroy our tradition, our languages and our cultures and to make us be one of them. They wanted to kill all of us so that they can have our country to themselves which is not theirs at all.

You are wrong. For the most part Obama has tremendous support from the media. It's almost ridiculous. And as we have told you many times, there is nothing discriminatory in our dislike for Obama. We feel he has done a poor job as President.

I can assure you that no one here meant any disrespect toward you. I would hope that you would respect we ADers by realizing we are entitled to our opinion about Obama and by refraining from calling us racist or accusing us of discriminating against Obama. Thank you.

My response to her was quite polite... *shrug* I absolutely agree that she is entitled to her opinion. However, if she is going to make false accusations against members she should expect those members to be displeased.
