House panel finds Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt

Let's see, in F&F they didn't bother to put GPS on all of its guns to track them and the Mexican govt did not know of the existence of that program which means one thing, Holder and company (and Obama, too) wanted to make this a gun control issue.

In Operation Wide Receiver they had around 300 to 500 guns during 2006 to 2007. All of them had GPS tracking devices in them. The tracking was controlled and tracked where both the U.S. and Mexican officials were working together[/U]. The Bush Administration abandoned OWR because there was a failure to track all weapons because batteries in GPS devices in 30 or so guns died. The OWR ended because of that and without incident. No one got killed as a result but F&F caused 1 U.S. death and over 300 Mexicans were killed and the Mexican govt didn't realized about the F&F program, too, just to make matters worse.

If you can't see the difference, well, then you sure are blind. Glad Holder got the contempt votes. He stone walled for over a year.

I'm wait for someone to answer my question about senate.

It seems like all of you, except for Reba, are too busy to quibbling around.

It did not embarrassed me about Holder because of contempt that based on political reason.

To answer your question, yes they (the Senate) do the voting. The reason is because Holder has not complied with the Senate's request for specific documents.
Had the House been the one to do the inquisition, then the House would vote on contempt charges. Why the Senate is doing this inquisition is not for political reason, it is being done because a federal employee was murdered. Would not even you want to know the truth about this murder? Would you not also want to know what the hidden documents show?

You have those flip flopped...

If document is supposed to be confidential for DOJ only and I don't know if federal employees murdered so I just respect their confidential and sensitive document.

I think that house vote on contempt charge is very political.

You would be right about confidentiality but Congress has oversight of each and every agency of the federal government. Just because Holder had to produce the documents does not mean the public will see them. It only means that Congress will use the documents for investigative purpose to discovery the reason for this federal employee's murder.

when it comes to Congress... it only means one thing - smearing.

found none. google has yet invented a search probe in your brain.

Oh darn ... I guess you will have to figure out how to do that on your own.

But, for the rest of us, we can use google as a search tool to read about Holder, about Fast and Furious, and about why it is even important.

No criminal prosecution of Holder for contempt - CNN.com

again.... like I said before - still not criminally charged.

You need to use a dictionary to define "charged" and compare it to the word "convicted".

I think you are confused.

Holder has been "charged" with criminal conduct. It was voted on and passed. 17 of the Democrats that didn't walk out in a tissy, all voted to charge Holder.

First with Immigration, then with DOMA and now with Holder the Obama Presidency has shown it will not uphold the laws of America. Enough is enough.

This thread is about Operation Fast and Furious, not about Obama with DOMA, so stop being whining like baby.

DOMA SUCKS!!!

Same for you then; stop posting "DOMA SUCKS!!!"

No, Foxrac, you are the whining baby and a big one.
This tread is about Holder and comtempt charges.
Try to follow and you will understand the issues.
Obama will not enforce the laws of the land and I was giving examples of just how Obama is not doing so.

convicted? you said that, not me.

charged? again - Holder has not been criminally charged. what Congress voted doesn't mean anything. how can Holder be held in contempt if executive privilege has been asserted? you know.... Reagan Administration demonstrated this.

how sad.... not going to search for whole truth. it's even sadder that you're using google to search for something to cherry-pick and politicize on it.
