incorrect. you need doctor's OK to have an abortion after 3rd trimester. a valid medical reason that would endanger woman's life.

I don't think you are going to find a Dr willing to kill a baby after the third trimester. He would go to jail. Lol

HOWEVER...... the heart can start beating as early as 22 days after conception....that is long before the third trimester...which means this unborn child CAN feel pain and has life.

Not if woman's life is in danger.

Our state allows women to have late abortion if their life is in danger, that it and there are no exception for all others.

Yeah, like I said before there is no such thing as a fourth trimester. Can't have an abortion during the fourth trimester because there isn't such a thing. Killing a baby on purpose after the third trimester earns a trip to a jail cell.

...simple - we follow the law. the law allows spouse or parent to decide on their loved one's fate when it comes to pulling a plug or not.
You better check the law on that one.

Have you ever heard of living wills, DNR's, or similar legal documents? Which do you think takes precedence? A legal document, or the decision of a spouse or parent?

Before you "follow the law" you need to know what that law is.

actually the law allows it under extenuating circumstance. I've posted it already in other thread.

I know that all parents-to-be say it like that. That's ok.

Now you try to ask a pregnant woman "how is your baby?". She would respond, "I don't know because my baby has not been born yet".
I've been pregnant, and I would never answer that way. I would have said, "He (or she) is fine, thank you; very active and growing huge."

like I said - we follow the laws. I do not need to concern myself with details because I'm sure all of you know it already.

How would killing a baby AFTER the third trimester help the mom.

"The laws" are all about details. If you're going to proclaim that you "follow the laws" you need to know what the laws are. You might be surprised.

You misunderstood my post...

I means during third trimester, the women are allowed to abort the fetus if their life is in danger and it has been for many years, prior to Roe v. Wade.

For all other reasons - allowed up to 17 weeks, that it.

Ever speed? Ever make an illegal pass or turn? Ever run a red light?
