It did for me.
It is subjective, and you are saying a lot.

:cool2: But overall numbers seem to indicate that you are one of the exceptions to the rule. I haven't faired poorly either. But it's not all about me, it's about our nation as a whole. At least IMO.

Well, at least he tried...that says a lot more than what you and I could ever do. Did you try to come up with a plan to help America's economy?

Yes I did, but not having the Presidential Pulpit I am afraid not to many heard it. How bout those gas prices

Of course you know I was pulling your leg, idiot.

Gas prices escalated and flucuated long before Obama took office.

If your plan is so ingenious and capable of fixing everything pertaining to the economic climate of America, why aren't you running for President? Or at least having your solution published so that others can take advantage of this amazing plan you have come up with/

And the stimulus was supposed to fix this....At least that is what Obama said. *shrug*

Only those that hold onto the fantasy of immediate gratification and instant fixes believe that is what he said. Others understand that we did not get into this postion over night, and nothing is going to fix it overnight. Policy has to be changed and in effect long enough that it has a direct impact.

I remember when they shot up to the $3 to $4 range back in 2004-05 and Obama wasn't even in office then so what about them and Obama?

Yeppers....and then they shot back down under Bush as well. :) And I'm not even a Bush fan.

Well, because I love to play golf and I realize it is impossible to run the country when you are playing golf. :)

Bu bu but......Did you miss the interview I posted? He said things would be better by now. Those were his words.... Maybe that was just Obama's fantasy and wishful thinking in hopes to get immediate gratification from polls and media. :dunno:

I for one never bought into the turtle bridge fantasy.

Subtle. Did you say the same thing when Bush was in office?

I like TXGolfer except when he is being dishonest. He says he hopes Obama get re-relected but we know the truth to that. :|

No, I didn't miss the interview you posted. If he hadn't met with such partisan and childish stonewalling at every turn things would, in all probability, be better by now. And even with the conservative push to prevent it, this country has made progress under his Presidency.
You seem to think that Obama is omnipotent. You silly boy!

Obama had a super majority for the first 2 years....

Bush stopped playing golf after the war started.

He couldn't find any cronies willing to play with him after the war started.

Obama, on the other hand, hasn't been responsible for the start of an unjustified war. No need for him to stop playing if you apply your standards.

I have predicted Obama will win re-election for some time. I have on occasion stated I hope Obama is re-elected. That is somewhat true. It depends on the conservative candidate we have at the end. There are a few conservative candidates that I don't want in office because I don't feel they can do the job either. IF we are stuck with a President that can't do the job, I would prefer that president be a democrat. Hope that clarifies my position. I see no need to jump from one incompetent candidate to another. That is just my opinion.

Worst case scenario IMO, we elect an incompetent conservative, he makes things worse and we re-elect Obama in 2016. :cold:
