Doesnt fly with me..that kind of egoism.
A Christian should never make a career move without seeking God's will thru prayer.

I'm not saying that's what happened in Cain's situation but that's the common procedure. A Christian prays for God's will, and often struggles when he gets it.

None of her friends are saying she is lying in your link. Only you are spreading falsehoods.

No, I am not spreading falsehoods :laugh2: nice try though.

Maybe you should have actually read the article:

Adding that she [Bialek] was from a middle-income family but lives in a posh house while running from bill collectors, the source said: 'Most of her jobs ended in termination. It’s always the employer’s fault, not hers.

'This is a lady who lives off the system. She is hellbent on finding a way of never having to work and living the lifestyle she wants to live, a very affluent lifestyle.'

And that is just ONE of her friends that have come forward.

You ever asked why she was fired from the NRA in the first place? Why she went to seek help from Cain?

She was fired for filing false allegations.

Umm, no. It shows humility. Like Moses, Cain didn't feel worthy of his calling by God. According to him, his natural inclination was not to run for President.

Cain didn't say that God told him he would win.

OOOOkaaay.

No where did it say that she was lying about the Cain accusations. Seriously, Steiny, you need to stop changing the words to what you want them to say.

BTW, I've caught you in 3 lies today, so don't get all uppity about being told you are spreading falsehoods.

Nope. And it just speaks to the overblown ego that he has. No wonder he says he "didn't do anything wrong" in the sexual harrassment claims.
Maybe he said he "didn't do anything wrong" because, well, he didn't do anything wrong.

His ego tells him he is so far above everyone else that they can be treated any way he wants to treat them. That is the sense of entitlement I spoke about in the other thread.
Where did you read that? It wasn't in the linked article.

Oh, maybe it's because he believes that it is perfectly acceptable to treat women in a humiliating way.:dunno2:

Of course it wasn't in the linked article. It is my opinion.

If a Christian does that, that's fine. I even have no problems with a Christian announced to friends or the nation what God told him. But on the other hand, comparing yourself to Moses strikes me as more than a bit egotistical.

Didn't do anything wrong? Oh please, if he goosed five women in the butt and feels he didn't do anything wrong, it is still wrong.

I don't pay much attention to any of them until about next spring. Lots of things will happen that we have no part of between now and then. Once the primaries start, then I sit up.
South Carolina's primaries are early (January), so I'll have to make a decision sooner. Ugh!

Is it just my imagination or do many Christians really overlook the decidedly unChristatian behavior of their fellow Christians when the misbehaving Christian denies he's doing something?

No, it is not your imagination at all.:cool2:

Post reported for trolling.
Lucky for you there is no reporting category for excessive tattling. You must be trying to set a record for reporting posts.

Herman Cain, who struggled at times during Saturday’s national security-focused debate in South Carolina, found one issue on which he apparently feels comfortable: waterboarding.

Cain said, if elected president, he would revive the now banned practice.

“I don’t see it as torture. I see it as an enhanced interrogation technique,” Cain said.

I guess his disrespect extends well beyond women.

Or is that just your opinion also?

I had one spam earlier today, too, it went straight to my trash can.

You mean where you admitted that you were back on AD for the express purpose of trolling? Yeah, I saw where you deleted that.

You're the one that's whining to the mods. I haven't reported any posts except spams. :laugh2:

I'm not whining. I am stating facts. Trolling is trolling.

Now, back to the topic.
