Yeah. And have people wave that bogus tax notice around. Nice.

if it's a Republican, it's a bogus tax notice.
if it's a Democrat, it's a serious character issue and intellectual dishonesty.

I see.

doesn't he have people to handle his matters? I guess not.

:dunno: Sounds like they attempted by filing extensions. :dunno: I'm sure battling stage 4 cancer was the more pressing concermn. It would be for me.

To me this is just another cloud in a cloudy picture. Hopefully actual facts will come out soon....one way or another.

a "successful" corporation guy like him..... can't even file his tax in time especially with professionals especially accountant(s)/accountant firm at his disposal?

yike.... don't even want to think about what would happen if he's sick with a flu or something as the President :Ohno:

That Chicago connection and Axelrod?

Herman Cain has spent his life living and working all over the country -- Indiana, Georgia, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Washington, D.C. -- but never in Chicago.

So it's curious that all the sexual harassment allegations against Cain emanate from Chicago: home of the Daley machine and Obama consigliere David Axelrod.

Suspicions had already fallen on Sheila O'Grady, who is close with David Axelrod and went straight from being former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley's chief of staff to president of the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA), as being the person who dug up Herman Cain's personnel records from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).

The Daley-controlled IRA works hand-in-glove with the NRA. And strangely enough, Cain's short, three-year tenure at the NRA is evidently the only period in his decades-long career during which he's alleged to have been a sexual predator.

After O'Grady's name surfaced in connection with the miraculous appearance of Cain's personnel files from the NRA, she issued a Clintonesque denial of any involvement in producing them -- by vigorously denying that she knew Cain when he was at the NRA. (Duh.)

And now, after a week of conservative eye-rolling over unspecified, anonymous accusations against Cain, we've suddenly got very specific sexual assault allegations from an all-new accuser out of ... Chicago.

Herman Cain has never lived in Chicago. But you know who has? David Axelrod! And guess who lived in Axelrod's very building? Right again: Cain's latest accuser, Sharon Bialek.

Bialek's accusations were certainly specific. But they also demonstrated why anonymous accusations are worthless.

Within 24 hours of Bialek's press conference, friends and acquaintances of hers stepped forward to say that she's a "gold-digger," that she was constantly in financial trouble -- having filed for personal bankruptcy twice -- and, of course, that she had lived in Axelrod's apartment building at 505 North Lake Shore Drive, where, she admits, she knew the man The New York Times calls Obama's "hired muscle."

"This time, Obama's little helpers have not only thrown a bomb into the Republican primary, but are hoping to destroy the man who deprives the Democrats of their only argument in 2012: If you oppose Obama, you must be a racist."

And that has been the meme for the past three years, oppose him, then you're a raaaacist!

Good job of posting his resume! One could ask, why so many different jobs in his career? Was it a result of his being accused of improper behavior? Also, all of those honorary degrees mean very little to me. He did not go to college to earn them; he went there to pick them up. Besides, most of those colleges are pretty unknown.

Anyhow, why do we need to see all of this? Where are the family photos? I bet he rides a manly bike! Keep up the campaign. If you need a little spending money, you know what to do. :laugh2:

Boy are you reaching now!:laugh2:

This is hysterical. I feel like it's deja vu. Didn't all this Obama bashing go on from Koko before he won the Democratic nomination? And again before he got elected? We tried to tell good ole Koko he was making a fool of himself then, and he wouldn't listen, and now history is repeating itself.

Get some therapy Koko. This has become a serious obsession with you. You really need to get over it so you can find something productive to do with your time.:laugh2:

I think you could look back thru the archives to find your answer. I came here a couple of years before Obama got elected. I don't recall the threads being this contentious till Obama got elected.

No doubt. There is a definate pattern.:cool2:

I am sure you would disagree that your opinion is biased. You see, the only reason Obama was elected is because he blamed everything on Bush - he promised to close Gitmo, said chasing after OBL was a witch hunt, that we should become friends with Iran, will redistribute wealth, reform healthcare by shredding the constitution and punsih rich people for being successful.

No, the whole freaking country blamed everything on Bush. That is one of the things that got Obama elected. Bush's two terms did more to get him elelcted than anything Obama did. And now the Repubs are managing to get him elected to a second term!:laugh2:

pot calling kettle black.

Um, that was in reference on the amount of time I *did* some research. I'm still around.

You call that research?

Surfing all the extreme right sites on the net is not research.

And what has the Republicans in the Senate and Congress done for this country? They filblustered everything to the death, threatened to shutdown the Congress which caused America to get a lower credit rating just so they could make Obama a one term president. I don't recall the Republicans doing much else for Americans. They seem hell bent on alienating ordinary joes... now there's a sound political strategy for ya. :P

It's quite common for CEOs, CFOs, or anybody in a position high up on the management level to move around because companies routinely seek these people for their skills and knowledge of business to help improve their bottom line. Take CEO of Sony, Sir Howard Stringer (from Linkln) going from early to latest title:

Seasoned business development executive with extensive international experience
Orange County, California Area | Entertainment

Senior Vendor Manager, Kindle at Amazon
Twickenham, United Kingdom | Online Media

Chief Strategy Officer, EMEA at Weber Shandwick
London, United Kingdom | Marketing and Advertising

Deputy General Manager at Sony India Pvt Ltd
Ahmedabad Area, India | Consumer Electronics

Director, Corporate Development and M&A at Sony Corporation of America
Greater New York City Area | Consumer Electronics

Director for Public Affairs at Ericsson Japan
Tokyo, Japan | Telecommunications

Customer Relations at SONY EUROPE LIMITED
Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom | Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing

As for Honorary Degrees, simply a recognizance of his contributions to society and his outstanding achievements. For example his latest HD was in 2004 at Purdue Univ:

https://www.science.purdue.edu/for-alumni-and-friends/alumni-recognition-a-awards/83-herman-cain

I wouldn't say most are unknown colleges or universities, maybe to you. I see two well known historic black colleges/universities, and three other universities.

**nodding**

It would almost be worth it to see someone like Cain get elected so we could watch the rabid right come back on and whine about how hard times were. If they could afford the internet service.:P

Steiny seems to forget who it was that managed to get Osama out of the picture, doesn't he. Here's a hint: it wasn't Bush.

Even my cat deserves more credit for getting Osama out of the picture than Obama. </republican> :P
