TSA asked 95 years old woman with leukemia to take off a diaper.

Weber said that security personnel emerged from the room and asked that her mother remove the diaper, which was soiled, in order to complete the search. Weber took her mother to the bathroom and removed the diaper; Weber's mother did not have another clean diaper with her.

I'm sorry, but you would think someone would bring a spare diaper with them to change into. I would not want to sit next to them on an airplane smelling a soiled diaper. Might be the reason why they asked them to remove the womans diaper. Regardless, they have to check everyone. Weber needed to clean his/her mother up anyways. Hate to see someone sit in feces all the way from Florida to Michigan.

Eewww.

Agreed, the travelers should have had spares, just like you do when traveling with babies or toddlers.

Dunno if they'll be asking me to take off my bloomers next....and to "bend over" for a cavity search.....we're getting pricked, fondled, molested, squeezed, pinched, fluffed, x-rayed, stared at, laughted at, giggled at, and "OMG" at...."Look at that"!....*snicker*s at.....what's next?....Shot at....:giggle:

that not right to remove elder's diaper that very insult!!

TSA need respect elder people

I doubt TSA had her take off her depend because it smelled, what if the woman had no more depend on her, and this case the woman did not have any! She had to travel wearing nothing according to what I heard on the news! Now that is up setting, sitting next a old person wearing no underwear!
