I love ponies! *duck* Wait! What the heck we talking about?!

Bible said God loves everyone. That means these guys too.
Not after they're dead. They had their opportunities to accept God's love when they were alive. They rejected Him. Now, they're dead. Too late.

You misunderstood my point. I trying to say that God loves everyone even them. These people doesn't understand that.

I understand your point but those two aren't good examples.

The apostle Paul is a better example. He, by his own admission, was the chiefest of sinners, yet God loved and forgave him. God loved and save a man who persecuted and was responsible for the suffering and deaths of God's own people.

Osama didn't reject God. The Qu'ran even mentioned the Jews, Christians and Muslims all worship Allah, but under different names. It was mentioned they get passage to Heaven. The only difference is whether or not they adhere to God's (or Allah's) new words after the Prophet Mohummand delievered them. Hitler, on the other hand, I am not sure if he's an atheist or a Christian cultist since there was a lot of speculations about that. If he was the latter, then he also accepted God. Stalin, however, was an atheist.

That being said, with your logic: followers of Santeria, Voodoo, Rastafari also don't accept God, all offshoots from the Catholic Church, just because they don't adhere to YOUR interpretation of the Bible. So we're back to Square One, everyone says "God does this" and "God does that" but no one can agree on who is right. So far as I am concerned, Joey is right.

Believers are proven by the fruits (actions and results) of their lives.

Yes, but only God himself can make that judgement, as he is the only one that knows His own words. Us mere mortals cannot say whether or not what the result of His Judgment will be. Maybe Jesus is a false Messiah, maybe Mohammad is a false prophet. Maybe the Santeria had it right with the human sacrifice notion (which stems from the literal interpretation of the Catholic traditions.) Problem is: only He knows who is right as we all are acting on faith. So to say Osama and Hitler haven't accepted God or his love, or if they are condemned to Hell, is pure speculation at the most.

At least Joey is using the most unadulterated interpretation.:P

God already knows the hearts of people. He doesn't need the proof of fruits to know who has trusted in Him and who has not. The proofs of believers is to show other people how God is working thru them, since people cannot see each others' hearts the way God can.

Joey is right that God loves everyone. God sent His Son to die for the salvation of everyone. Not everyone believes or accepts that.

Understandable, since there are religions older than Christianity.

I smell :locked:

Ya'all have been naughty! :naughty:

Then we return to the crux of the problems with religions:

Jews refuse to see Jesus as their Messiah, and some believed Jesus was a false prophet. The Christians refuse to see Muhammad as a prophet. All three religions claim to know the words of God. Two of three of these major religions are convinced God sent additional people to bring forward new ideas. The one thing they all have in common, they worship the same Being; albeit different interpretations of how Mankind relayed God's words to the world.

God's love didn't start with the religion of Christianity. God's existence and love were here before any religions existed.

And before Christ, too. So what's the problem? Christ is revered worldwide and that is fine with me.

According to the doctrine you believe. Right back to the crux of the problem.

Even those religions who disagree with his Godly status admit that he was no doubt, a wise and phophetic man.

And then there are other religions, non-Westernized, who do not even acknowledge his existence.

True. But once I saw a Muslim interpreter at a funeral. He approached the altar with Christ on the cross upon it, bowed respectfully to it, and continued interpreting. I was struck at the grace.
