dogmom, my teenagers have been on a baking frenzy the last few days....baking banana cream pie (very yummy) and pineapple pie (which I haven't tried yet...hope there's still some left - you have to get in quick with a family of 7 children!) The other day when I was making homemade pizza, my hubby put his custom-order in: habenero chilli cheese (which he brought back from his last visit to the States) with bacon and potato toppings, topped again with fresh cut chillies. I made it for him today. I also made some more of my homemade pizza sauce base which I use for pizza, spaghetti, and tomato ketchup. I add it to my soups as well for a robust flavour. For dinner, I made another family favourite (which I mentioned before): Potato and Lentil Soup.



dogmom. Yes, I make my pizza crust from handmade and hand-knead dough. After shaping it, I then pan-fry it (dry - no oil, much like indian breads), add the sauce and toppings and bake pizza in oven for about 15-20 minutes.
He much prefers his ethnic cuisine, which is extremely HOT.
