No kidding. Pigs are freakishly smart and we hack them up into pieces. I don't eat dog OR pig, though. Not kosher.

Anyway, I think that eating a carnivorous animal is...I donno.

right. in my country, it's allowed in a way. why not America?

simple. it's because sheep/cow/pig/chicken are livestock. dogs are not.

so just because what one can do in one's country doesn't mean one should demand or expect a foreign country should do same.

again - it doesn't matter where they were born in. what matters is the culture they follow. They're adhering to a culture indigenous to other country. They are free to immigrate to country compatible with their cultural belief.
