Future purchases/investments?

I'm not sure if that kind of thread was created before. I'm curious what's your future purchases/investments that you're planning to do in the near future or so.

Mine is:

HDTV for living room
New microwave
Repair my car's driver side window weather strip and maybe minor body repair
Replace with a faster hard drive in my Mac Mini
Get a RAM upgrade for Mac Mini
Purchase a new flash card reader that supports SDHC, mine's really old!
Get a Mac specific keyboard, maybe. A better mouse, too.
A bigger and better computer monitor, a LED and maybe 23-24" in size
 
New microwave.
Freezer.
Really good walking shoes.
Bobble bottle, although that might not really be considered an investment.

Well, since beautiful people get paid more, I can see plastic surgery as an...investment. No?

I just need a little tuckin' and liftin'.
 
Furnishing my home when my roommate moves out and takes everything outside my bedroom with her. Not looking forward to it!
 
Two years ago, I put in new Brazilian Cherry wooded floor in living room, dinning room, kitchen and hallway, new appliances in kitchen, brought new truck and all that paid off (except for my truck)...

And now I would say finish up the kitchen renovation, putting up 1 acre of wooden fence and would like to have new carpet downstair. And maybe next two year, thinking about expanding my house.

Then the rest the money go to my investments.
 
I don't know much about investments, just a little bit that I know.

My husband want to buy two new tires for my car.

Thinking about buying the microwave as our microwave is wearing out after a long time using it. :hmm:

Find a good chair with cushion for our cat who love using the chair very much. The old chair is worn out pretty bad. I hope to find it somewhere in the yard sale or garage sale.

I don't know if we will have enough money to put a new floor all through the house. We have been living in our house for ten years. The floor tiles are very cheap. The Band Office put the floor tiles in when they built the house for us. I think that would be an investment. :)

deposit on a rental
iPhone (maybe)
 
Invest in one comic I have my eyes on.

Someday a house but gosh, I'd need a 50 year loan for that.

Umm, just investing in myself at the moment by working out and keeping myself healthy.

Well, that depends what profession you work in.
 
House needs a new roof and 24 windows.

I would like a rider mower that can tow a small trailer to make my yard and garden work easier.

Finish widening our driveway with pavers so I can park closer to the house.

Travel with TCS. :)

I wouldn't spend my own investment on my vanity. I'd rather someone else pay for it.

Saving up for anything... House, grad school... Just anything.
 
Hmm...while I don't mind my nice Jewish boyfriends giving me presents, I'll be damned if I'm letting a guy pay for my boobs. No thanks. I'm independent enough.
