Videophone with two routers - please help!

why not do the simple... call CIR then ask for second listen port as shared into one router instead have two router.

Number one important is... don't reset... don't reset... after they reconfigure your router for two VP200.

Remember, once you request... they will send someone... the tech support couldn't assist but they will assist if your VP200 already assign the port listen settle first then so on.

All you do... is either way.. call on your webcam or dial cir.svrs.tv or tech.svrs.tv and they are able manage to send trainer.

My understanding that public ip address is disabled... I don't know how black screen issue for the videophone isn't friendly choice...

I think you misunderstood. the OP just moved and had 2 routers working before he moved. apparantly the OP did not label connections before move or something has changed he hasnt told us about. reset is fine on sr200 since its a simple cable modem. op states he can call out but unable to confirm receive calls. enabling second listening port is only good for 2nd vp in the home on the SAME public ip address which is the internet provider ip address. just because he has 2 routers doesnt mean he used to have 2 vp. Remember we have to go by the info he gives us. The OP needs to tell us more whats going on and give us update what he tried and what he havent.
also he admitted he a tech idiot (pretty harsh but his own words) and he stated h can call out now but havent said why he havent called tech support so his vp is checked out to see if it 100% correct yet or not.

Why need 2 routers when you can just simply get a router with 8 LAN ports?

Good question though it costs $90 (est.) for a 8-port router while it costs $30 (est.) for a switch yet anyone could get it free from Sorenson (I believe) so it would be lot cheaper for the op to stick with two routers so all op needs is to ask Sorenson for a switch since the op already has routers. Though it would be lot easier going with a 8-port router only if op doesn't mind the cost.

I do understand but I just point him to contact them because that other choice he can get fast response than this slow response. Other than that, he can have that feature for two VP200 in one router and instead of 2 router.
