Fountain Lady may sue the mall

The lady who walked and texted then fell into a fountain at a mall. There was a video showing her falling into the mall fountain that some million saw on the You-Tube. She may sue the mall for not helping her out and those whoever posted the video onto the You-Tube. More details...

Fountain Lady: 'Nobody Went to My Aid'

My opinion: It's entirely her fault for walking and texting, not watching out the fountain ahead. There were nobody close who may help her out as noticed on the video thought it only showed the half (missing the back part).

There is only one thing that I'm not too sure as if it's legal (possible) for her to sue somebody who posted the video online, if she decides to? Realize that she had a legal issue before so she might still have legal debts to pay off due to her being alleged for her theft (4x) in the past so it's possible for her to seek a simpler way out by suing somebody like that... is it so, I wonder?

So what do you think of this?
 
I doubt if she will get far with her lawsuit. It's frivolous.
 
Kind of Ironic that someone just so happened to be filming her the entire time of her falling into the fountain? She needs a way to prove she fell in, well here you go. Seems to me a bit of a set up

Actually, it was the security camera that caught the footage.
 
Maybe she was texting to the mermaid in the fountain. She would have gone into it anyway.
 
You may be right that it might be staged... since it's apparent that she works in the same mall, if so then she must know there is a fountain ahead. hmm

Especially if she couldn't sing as well as the siren. That could explain the reluctance of others to help her out.

That's what I heard.

I don't think she'll get far with the "no one came to help me" because she got up quickly and walked away. They probably figured she was physically ok.

However, she may be able to sue for having it "taken from the security film" and posted on You-Tube.

Now they'll be posting signs at the mall entrances...Do Not Text While Walking. We will not be responsible if you fall into a fountain, trip over a bench, etc, etc, etc. :roll:

she was socially embarrassed and now wants 'pain & suffering'. Poor baby, I say. You should have been watching where you were going. Just like my example in the other thread about this. SMH
