I just installed Skype earlier and it's not bad at all when I did test call with my wife using Wifi. So, I will try test it on 3G and see how that goes. I know 3G will be choppy.

Yes. Skype video quality is ok. Not so worse. I will wait to see new ooVoo mobile on iPhone next month.

I agreed. I just tested Skype's video quality with my friend. It is okay, we preferred Facetime over Skype for video chat but again Skype will works with PC and Mac while Facetime only works for Mac for now.

About time!! It works on 3GS which I am suprised cos no front facing camera, you need to switch it round all times. Best use it with iPhone 4. I hope get one if is not too expensive in spring.
