You know I was disappointed...

VR cannot pay full tuition at ivy league school for deaf and hoh students who interested in attending ivy league school...but it still deafies at there, how they attend? they have own scholarship and other grants but VR cannot support deaf and hoh students at school for the deaf who wanted go ivy instead of gallaudet.

WHY DO VR CANNOT SUPPORT DEAF AND HOH STUDENTS TO ATTEND IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL IF THEY WANT TO BE EXPERIENCE IN DIFFERENT WORLD?

because if students feels gallaudet is not for them which misfit group or education.

VR does support deaf and hoh students to attend ivy league schools but you are confused.

VR does not support you and only you because VR does not believe you can succeed.

i do not understand...can you explan to me?

can VR support students from school for the deaf to ivy league school? because they would be better into real world instead of gallaudet?

VR reviews your background before deciding to pay for your tuition or not. VR most likely decided that you are not capable of Ivy League level therefore VR is more confident to pay for your tuition if you go to Gallaudet.

background?

I remember VR review my psychological assessment and IEP.

Otherwise, I remember my roommate who went to harvard, told me "english is not enough" for attending classes at harvard if he is deaf...I do not understand. I learned a lesson at cornell.

VR wont pay me at cornell continuing of school education...in fact, I apply this during senior year and showed my VR seem awkward why I had go ivy instead of gallaudet. I told I want to be experience and learning something before gallaudet.

VR does not pay for something you want to experience. This is not a free money for you. You have to pay yourself. Why don't you get a job first?

right. You just went thru 3 colleges. That's not good. you were not very focused. That's why they don't want to pay for Ivy League tuition.

a very focused person.

No wonder...sigh.

Several hearing friends of mine, one is came to csun during three years make him unhappy then transfer to university of conn. Other guy went to amhrest college during two years then to stanford. Ohter one girl is at stanford then university of oxford, most of my friends lose credits when transfer or withdawal.

oh, well. tell me you went to state college for four years but you had been accepted from rit and others.

right. I never went to VR to pay for it. I paid out of my pocket because I never knew about VR. oh well. The last 2 years of my college was paid by NJ (via federal & state college incentive fund), not VR.

I heard it would be ashamed if any one leaves from ivy league schools for reasons cuz of comittment to attending if you are paying tuition.

don't worry about your friends. stop thinking about them. worry about yourself. their situation is different from your situation. you need to learn how to handle it yourself and research it yourself.

I remember that mainstream schools dont provided VR but school for the deaf do. Mainstream students had own to choose to have VR or not.

Do you still need VR for job condition?

Because you said that I could not capable of ivy league level but still students are stubborn to go ivy but they did not get any about english same as me, then studets withdrawal to go another college after flunk class or something.

My dad warned me about attending ivy league school during my senior year of high school.
