Tony winner Phyllis Frelich will guest-star on CSI as Gil Grissom's mother, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Frelich will appear in the Feb. 3 episode, which revolves around a murder at a school for the deaf, where Grissom's mother is a professor. Mrs. Grissom will butt heads with the newest Mrs. Grissom — Sara (Jorja Fox), Gil's wife — who works the case. It turns out Mama Grissom has another woman in mind for her son: her protégé and Gil's ex, to be played by Marlee Matlin.

Awesome. I do recall there was an episode some number of years back where Gil Grissom was using ASL because he was losing his hearing and mentioned that his mother was also Deaf and that is where he learned ASL. I hope I will watch this or if I will have to miss it that I will be able to record it either on VCR or by DVR to DVD

We also CSI fans too all three (NY, LV and Miami) But personally prefer LV than others!!! :thumb:
 
I guess I will have to wait longer for this being in UK. I love CSI new york and LV, I am not too keen on Miami as their story line seems bit repeative (very similar).
