Alcohol and Watermelon?

A friend was telling me there's a way to put alcohol in watermelon, by using a needle to let the alcohol seep in the watermelon for a few days.

Have you done this before? :hmm:
 
Nope, but there's watermelon beer in Whole Foods. I live 3 blocks away from Whole Foods, and will test it tonight.

NO, but I've head of soaking watermelon in alcohol. Makes a very delicious and potent drink, altho' I've never tried it.
 
add: watermelon is great for cleaning your kidney, and if you pour alcohol in it.....and will alcohol meet your kidney? Not so good sign. :dunno:

These guys are noooooooooooobs.. What I do is cut a hole on one end , and let that hole sit upright, then pour booze in the top. i do it for about 3 days...

Everclear or Vodka does the trick.
 
However everclear and cherries... sitting for 2+ weeks.. oh my god... you can't taste the everclear but wooo nice drunk.
 
I have done it before...was delicious but not something I would eat on a daily basis. Would damage my kidneys.

Really old method. My father told me about that when I was a kid. And he was no longer drinking.

But he had nostalgia for it.
