Police: Man Also Tracked Computer Activity
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville police have arrested a man they said tracked and followed his estranged wife all over the River City using technology to watch her every move.
James Crosby is charged with stalking, a misdemeanor charge. His wife first became suspicious when her estranged husband showed up at a Westside library. Crosby's wife didn't think her husband knew where she was.
She told Channel 4 that she was shocked when she found a GPS monitoring device attached to her car. She later found out Crosby went as far as putting a tracking device on her computer to monitor her keystrokes.

John Jordan, who runs the counter at the Spy Shop on Southside Boulevard, said stalking using GPS devices isn't as uncommon as people might think.
"You have husbands coming in worrying about wives, and wives coming in worrying about husbands," Jordan said.
The Spy Shop has devices called the Tracker Finder that can find GPS trackers.
"With this here, you'd be able to do a sweep anytime you felt that," Jordan said. "You'd have a peace of mind knowing there is something there or there ain't something there."
Crosby's wife told Channel 4 she thinks a tracker finder would be beneficial, especially now that she's been a victim of stalking.
Crosby was released from jail on $2,500 bail.
