i did a 20lb bird. put it n a bucket of brine for 20 hours. stuffed it with apples. put bacon strips all over the top and covered the bacon ad breast for the first 3 hours. urppppp. i am a meat eater.

I am going to try some of your recipes - vegetarian ones. I grew up in Detroit and the last town I lived in before I moved to Arizona is Fraser near Roseville. I doubt I have ever met you.
You still sign "store" Michigan way.
