Key word: transitioned. Came after. If you will re-read Beowulf's statement to which I replied, the statement clearly implies that war comes first, good economic times follow.

I would say that both parties are no good. I believe that the government contractors and sub-contractors are the worst of all for 20 years because it is so easy for their money not be traced and even they like to blame someone else as scapegoating for fun and profit.

Infamous, Bush made a speech outside of the white house and pointed at someone in the auditorium, "That guy there, the one with the beard, the omnipotent one filled with universal love, no not them, yeah.... HIM. He told me to do it." (Source: Blame somebody else - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia) It is not necessary for him to say it in the auditorium. The Congress republicans, unfortunately, were blushed and awkward from him. Perhaps, some presidents are silly. We do make some of our mistakes, but being a president is a huge responsible for our country that should not afford to make a mistake. That's my opinion.
