Yes, for me and Hubby both.

After Hubby retired from the Navy, he wanted to be his own boss even though the income is less reliable.

I was forced into becoming an independent contractor (freelance) interpreter after the agency for which I worked went out of business with one week's notice, mid-semester. It has its pros and cons. :lol:

So no-it is the step just before it will be foreclosed.
 
Today, I was really shocked that one of our neighbor that live across the house from our house and his home is foreclosed since started in 2 weeks ago since I was wonder about he packed all stuff and moved out. It is my first time to live closer to foreclosed home and my relative is worry about home value will go down more.
