Judge Blocks Sections of Arizona Immigration Law

A Federal Law on the books since 1952 only gets challenged when a certain president refuses to protect our borders.

Why?

He wants to stay in power.

How?

Give voting rights to illegals already here.

no, my American-born friend.... why in the God's name would they need to create the federal law if there is the Constitution in the first place? Double Laws? :dizzy:

You are confused. Let me help you - the government can create the federal law as long as it does not interfere with the Constitution. The Constitution serves as the guideline for government when creating the federal law but the federal law is NOT based on the Constitution.

So can you show me anywhere in the Constitution about the drinking age limit?
 
I am very disappoint the incorrect politic judge block the immigrant law in AZ.. I agree with some posters quotes said "immigration is draining the economy in Arizona". Look at California's HEAVY DEBT 1 or 2 billions or more, because of illegal immigrants. For example Hospital forced my closer friend pay double charges. But he refused to pay for that. Hospital sued him for bill owe.. He stand up and told them go ahead to take him to court. So Report Journalist who did interview with my closer friend on and on. Report revealed him, Did you know Hospital demand you to pay double $$ for illegal immigrants who attend ER or stay in hospital for few days. Journalist brought thick new paper book and show it him as prove that hospital want all citizens pay double $$ on bills for illegal immigrants who come to er or stay in hospital for free tickets. GUESS WHAT? he won the case! Hospital pay for it.

Well, AZ immigrant law will not help to resolve the issue so you need push to get new law to pass to banning illegal immigrants go to ER and require them to proof of immigrant status before they could get treatment like Germany did, that what I remember about Liebling told me.

I prefer to have federal law that deal with illegal immigrants over state because state law is valid for just one state since federal is nationwide.

I don't know if banning illegal immigrants go to ER violate our constitution so our judge has rule it out.

Oh please, Dont blame AZ immigrant law if its not solve. US presidents include OBAMA are full BS, they always told us they will work and reform immgrant law, blah.. i tell you it wont work.. I am glad to see State stood up with immigrant law strict against white house and US president.

10) If you do come to this country illegally, you will be actively hunted

Read all of Jiro's post and your questions have been answered in his post #15.

Federal said that AZ immigrant law has conflict with federal law so that why about they have go to court to rule it out if it is constitution. AZ immigrant law is obviously nothing because it is only applies to AZ and many illegal immigrants could left AZ to other states so their immigrant law renders as useless. Immigrant is federal matters, not state so you only need push congress to do job and if they can't so you are SOL or have vote them out.

I don't care about Mexico because I don't live in Mexico.

I'm not support state based immigrant law because they are really work to just one state and I don't support any immigrant law that interfere with legal immigrants. Of course, immigrants do have constitution protected and judge has interpret the law if it is constitutional.

racist? the main issue is that Arizona's immigration law interferes with the federal government's ability to do the job. Did you know Arizona cannot afford to enforce its immigration law without federal funding?

Obama's immigration reform bill includes a way for illegals to become tax paying citizens (wink, wink .... voters).

If the non-resident had live in USA or Mexico for a long time which mean the non-resident can have permanent resident card or green card (also payment to the government) to live in the country but not yet become a citizen until he or she must pay the government to become a legal or full citizen of USA or Mexico. :)

In USA, if non-resident become a full citizen of USA, then he or she can vote for whoever become elected for office. I don't know about Mexico, but I think it might be the same as USA. :dunno:
