Killing them will only bring out new ones. Kill one, ten more replaces the one. Kill 10 and 50 more will replace them. It's an never ending cycle of violence if we choose elect the methods of violence.
Legalize drugs and the glamorization of violence will go away. Like I said before, anything that is illegal is a gold mine for those that will meet the supply and demand. Anyone that gets in the way of that only meets death because of their greed.
They already tried prohibition and the result of that went badly. So they repealed it and the violence behind prohibition dropped considerably.
They need to do the same with drugs. But no, it's a major profit venture to law enforcement officials, seizing the money in drug raids consists of millions to fund their department is too appealing to for them to even consider repealing it. This includes property as well, such as cars, homes, boats, planes, etc. They auction those off daily to fund their department so they can purchase upgrades.
Drug dealers do the same, whenever law enforcement upgrades their department to fight against drug dealers, the dealers then meets their upgrades with their own. In fact, with the sales of drugs, cartels surpasses far more than law enforcement that they are outnumbered by 10 to 1. Cops are getting killed daily around the world over drugs, leaving behind love ones to mourn for them while the cartels laugh as they count their cash sitting on their tables.
Law enforcements is always begging for more funds from Congress because they cannot keep up with the constant upgrades that Cartels come up with and they always find new ways to circumvent the security systems that they set up.
For 40 years, we have spent Trillions of dollars fighting Cartels and they are nowhere near their goal to stamp out the flow of drugs getting into various countries. We're fighting a losing battle. We're wasting money and lives daily.
I get the impression that there are those that enjoy too much killing when it comes to fighting drug dealers and yet some in charge don't care if one our own comes home in a body bag as long as they are helping those in charge to fuel their thirst for blood, even if it means that children get caught in the middle of the crossfire.
