She still had no right to put her hands on the student.

Glad she is fired and the mother filed charges. She has no place being a teacher if she has no self control herself.

It's a she, dressed as a boy. Tomboy that is.

Apparently that little boy is a punk, trying to start a fight with a mentally retarded girl from what I gather from the comments. So the teacher got fed up with his punk attitude and gave him a taste of his own medicine.

He did have his legs on a "scissor sweep" position but I gather he decided not to execute the move prolly because he's afraid it would piss her off more and get a worse beating.

hmm... can't tell if you're joking or not but how I know? Plenty in here. Most are lesbians. I have a few lesbian friends who dress exactly like that. but just explaining why I mistaken her as a man.

Absolutly disgusting! The kid was obvously not putting up a fight and in fact was cowering down to not get hit. What the fuck is wrong with people? The teacher should not only face charges, but should get her ass kicked. If the kid was laughing at a handicapped kid then there is appropriate action that should have been taken I agreee. However, a beatdown is not appropriate action.

That is no way for a P.E. teacher to dress. What she did was inexcusable.

Something must had caused her to snap, but it's not justifiable. No matter what, a teacher should not lay a hand on the student.
