Sarah Palin Email “Hacker” Convicted on 2 Charges

My answer is that hacking is wrong. So is identity theft. You yet still haven't answered.

my idea is, hacking is fun (and bloody difficult to obtain the advanced override status/ modding the hardware's protocol entirely to redirect data route to save mode rather than submit type of access, ), we should be allowed to hack if we know how, for this would be to pave way to cyber anarcaism!...just leave my bank accounts!! lol
btw theres a lot of forms of hacking, too many dipsticks thinks hacking is account-access, it is a lot more than that...gamers crack keys, thats a form of hacking Id bet Foxrac would condone this form if he can get away with it, surely not, dont lie. I have had Battlefield 2 given to me (amongts other 25 gamers in a LAN in only TWO DAYS after it was released into the country- now this should indicate what sort of groups I belonged to, we're the 'l33ts' for sure!!
MP3 music is another which probably MOST teenagers do on a daily basis, only the rich retards just buy...
hacking to government networks is well subjective, good and bad...dont be blind to think every 'hackers' is trouble makers, some are actually 'paid' or volunteering helping a group or something or even third party to expose actual corruption concealed within the governmental/political/corporates groups

in conclusion, its very subjective - dont be naive
i for one dont hack i just cant be bothered and probably dont know how now, except keys hacks

So, you condone stealing music and not pay for it?

How would you feel if you put hours, days, weeks, months, or even years of work into a music production with a good amount of money invested into it just so the music can be sold online and have suddenly have somebody pirate the music under from you and steal the remaining potential royalty due to you? Music is copyrighted and protected. Just because some people cannot "afford it" doesn't give them the right to steal and use pirated music (or even videos for that matter). What you said is disturbing. Was that a bit of truth you just said or what?

besides, most teenagers dont think of it as ripping off, they think its sharing music...get real and if you tell your attitude to all these teenagers/young people , including some of those in AD, they'd gonna know you're an old cronie, boring as hell like a catholic school teacher to be avoided with a barge pole...cus for all they would know is that you're a MP3 police -wanna-be and in other words, an ass

Yes, many are ripping off music companies through piracy. That isn't lost on me. Cost of a music shouldn't be an excuse to steal. Simply put. Anybody with the fortitude and foresight would see that.

That's the problem today on how these kids think. It is still stealing no matter how they try and twist it to justify their reason for doing so. Nice to see the support there.

Hacking the email is more serious than pirate the music, movie or games, in my opinion.

I'm not going to disclosure about what I do with gaming but depends on copyright protection that what they use and if any games port with nasty copyright protection so I have wait for crack to be released or try out as demo before buy it. DRM does encourage more crack/pirate than being worth, especially for PC games.

For music, I don't care because can't hear.

Yup.

Hacking can be fun to do, however it could be serious in some cases.

I love to learn about how to hacking the copyright protection and develop the crack to remove the DRM from games.

I'm not interesting to hack the email because I don't want in trouble or interfere with other email users.
