Does anyone on this site have one?

If so then what is your opinion on this phone?

Am thinking of buying one.

Just want to know pro and con about it.

Pay monthly for iphone is expensive like $120 a month. I like my cellphone LG Rumor 2 for cheap monthly.

I am a iPhone owner and I pay $49 a month

But you may pay big time in the future if you are caught using your IPhone on a BB plan.:hmm:
I am already paying the price under BB plan though, but I am supposed to be on $49 a month, but paying off the stupid BB i have which is like 58 dollars a month so I pay around $100+ a month

Not True as there's a TAP for the deaf which is $50 each month.
Text Accessibility Plan for iPhone - Wireless from AT&T

Although without TAP, it would be at least $69 and above depending on what plan you want but that's what hearing would be charged.

For deaf people, they can submit a proof of hearing loss to NCCD and they do have Text Accessibility Plan for the deaf and hard of hearing...

My opinion about iPhone regardless what price on monthly plan. I have both iPhone and BB. There's Pro and Con to it. Let start with Con part on iPhone. If you need to type a message, you require to hold it with both hands and need to look closely to what you typed. The speed of typing on iPhone is somewhat slower because of no tactile feeling. That is the only con part whereas BB, you can hold it with one hand and use your thumb to typed, or with both hands and two thumbs, you will typed faster. As far as applications goes on both iPhone and BB, you can get more applications on iphone than BB, but BB is more of business focus hardware. You know iPhone, you can have lot of fun with it. That is the only big differences between the two. Talking about IM, or e-mail, texting and other, not much of a differences in term of speed wise, ease of use and so forth. If you get lot of Sorenson VRS signmails, you won't be able to receive it on iphone (only if you jail break it, you can) where certain model of BB can.

I think they should have a plan with 5,000 texts and unlimited data for $30 a month for iPhone. I am on that plan with AT&T on my Samsung Epix phone. Do you realize that popularity will explode if they offered $30 a month plan? $20 a month difference can happen.

One additional thing that I forgot to add is the text size. On iPhone, you can zoom in and out to able to read better but not all applications can do that. If I down load CNN app, I won't be able to zoom in to read easy. So, I ended up using BB to have larger text setting. BB have nice format, it will change the format when you change the text size whereas iphone, if you zoom in, you have to scroll left to right many times to read.

Miss-delectable, I hope you don't join telstra, since they are ripping people off.

I have no problems with Telstra, I do have a BB PIN messengering to one of Telstra staff if I have problems with my service, which is a great support.

But yes I do understand people hates Telstra.

Miss Delectable, make sure you got data plan included. I dunno if you are on prepaid or on contract.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing your experience and opinion. Say, which blackberry model do you reckon is the best?

Have no plan to join Telstra. Am with Optus.

Not on prepaid or contract. The plan is to buy the phone outright without committing to a plan.

Overall note: am not sure if I want an iphone afterall. Maybe it's better if I buy ipod touch so I can use it for internet purpose and have a cellphone that is used for text and such.
