yes I agree, if there's no medical condition that ruled out, then it is likely abuse assuming this horse is supposedly under care of the owner and not one of those horse that was found wandering around.
what about her mother? is she providing milk? who or what is preventing milk from this foal?
then again, how fat a horse suppose to look?
My cat had cancer in her intestine, or that's what the vet thinks, plus thyroid problems. She kept losing weight and vomiting. The vet told me if she lot any more weight, she'll be dead. Because she is so skinny. We though the thyroid was the problem, and I tried treatment for her, but she still kept vomiting ... They told me that they could do cancer treatment for her, and I told them, no, my mother had cancer treatment, and it was very hard on her. so we had to put her to sleep.
