Hard to beat genuine leadership

By someone who got there by doing the work and isn't a Julius Caesar. I had not thought about him as a choice but there is a genuinly admirable fellow. Yes.

I agree with you. He has an extremely long impressionable record and he is a very educated man. He graduated as top student at West Point, has PH.D, completed Ranger School with honors, and was promoted thru the ladder faster than most people. just wow....

He's certainly an ideal candidate for Presidency.

General Petraeus has not made any such hint or whatsoever at all about running for Presidency but he would make a nice one if he did. He's a conservative Republican and I don't care :)
 
The General looks like the most viable Republican candidate if he were to run. Will he? That's the question. :hmm:
 
oooohh A Petraeus/Jindal ticket.....And name Condi SoD and give her power this time!

you'll never find any suitable Presidential candidate that will match most of your agreement. same for me. same for TXGolfer. same for anybody else. The candidate's view usually share much less than half with others because this is a federal level. That's nearly impossible to find somebody that 50 states can agree with. The best we can do is vote for one who will respect the Constitution.

May the best man with the most votes win!
 
If the General runs for the President of the USA in 2012 against his old boss, Obama, I'll definitely vote for the General.
