Is Justified Violence Against Women OK?

My mother taught me how to cook, make beds, do the housework -- And how to fight, with anything that came to hand -- And she was good at it.

:eek3:

:wtf: Not even gonna dignify that question with an answer.

I do most of the cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking between my wife and me. She does more of the financing and planning. I'm better at the daily stuff and she's better at the big picture stuff. Just how it works for us. Gender roles are stupid and limiting.

Well, on the other hand I do think that if a woman (or man) has an affair, they DESERVE to be beaten up. Not saying I would do that.........but in a way, an affair can be "justified"

Hmm. You shut the water off while she was showering? And then she went crazy mad at you? But you took the high road and just walked away... Good man Golfer... I think..:hmm:

Yeah it's a much longer story but basically the lady was the homeowners sister and I was trying to put the granite in that day before a party that night. I told her before she jumped in the shower I had to cut the water off. She didn't listen. Homeowner came through and said "screw her....shut it off" so I shut it off. lol

Violence does not solve anything else. It will make things much worsen.

I had a long talk with my daughter about all the typical things like sex, drugs, alcohol, and drinking/driving. However...because of technology and rising violence, I also had to talk to her about the dangers of the Internet, using the phone cameras responsibility and watching for signs of any future boyfriends becoming abusive. Seems like today's kids have a lot on their plate than before?

This is never acceptable. I had a long relationship with a man who felt this was ok. When I finally gained confidence in myself I through him out :)

Don't forget those dangerous games that teens sometime play... the choking game or something like that.

way more than what we know whatever kids are seeing or hearing more stuff on the interent or spread out the words, thanks to technology that i need to keep up with kids to make sure kids are aware of. as of right now, i did talk to kids little by little about it. they are not yet teens.

I am too. As far as I'm concerned the only time you should ever raise a hand or a gun at anyone of any gender is if it's clear they're going to hurt or kill you.

I agree, had an ex fiance punch me in the mouth one night because I wouldn't drive to the store to buy her a pack of cigs. I should have returned the favor but I'm not as violent as she was. Needless to say we are not together anymore.

This is good but alot of parents forget that there own child can be abusive with there mouth far more than physical abuse. I know a few women in extreme cases who are so violent with their stupid mouths and deserve what they get physical or otherwise. A few have resulted in murder suicides, just because women are women it doesn't excuse their responsibility from things other than physical abuse-too me, that makes women far more dangerouse than men.

I have plenty of example if anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about.
