That is close to what I have, mine is 100% customized and blends in. No one will notice until VP rings or doorbell rings. I could add baby crying alert but since it would be temporary. Not worth the $

Of course my system isnt cheap (Cheap for me because I do it myself) to install. Once installed, it is cheap to add on something. The cost can easily over $1k if hire somebody, but the problem is that hearing person may not understand what our needs are.

At this time, Im trying to figure out how to hook up Carbon monoxide alarm to my system. I believe it is possible, but not sure which way is best. Hook up to Gentex smoke alarm, I have 6 of them tied together or the regular alert system. The problem with Gentex is that it limits to 6 units, can't hook to 7th but the Gentex reps said it is possible.

I use Insteon stuff from Smarthome. It blends in with your light switches and works great.
