I call my fiance "boobear babylove" lol. But I have NO IDEA how to even begin to sign "pet names" like that. I know there is probably no specific sign for things like this.. but how would I sign even general "pet names" like babe? I know it wouldn't be baby.. as in a crying baby.. but I'm not sure about the pet name version of babe.... HELP! THANKS! --Mrs. *FUTURE* Boyd

I'm new to ASL... act it out... as in? lol I literally know like my colors, alphabet and numbers in ASL.... I'm learning slowly. I would really like to be able to sign to my boo what I call him when he has his hearing aids in...

Sign language is a visual language. If you have a pet name for him, be visual about it (a hug or something) :) But anyway, I don't know what would be a sign for it. Ask him to sign it for you.
